2. Are the prices shown on InstantBookFlight final?

Prices reflect availability at the time of search. Final price can change during checkout when you add optional services (baggage, seats), choose different currencies, or when a partner applies additional fees. Always review the final total shown on the booking or partner checkout page before confirming payment.

3. How do I complete a booking?

For many results we redirect you to the airline or partner booking page to complete your reservation and payment. Some integrated partners allow booking within our flow. After payment is processed by the issuing provider, the provider will email your official booking confirmation and e-ticket.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods depend on the booking partner or airline and commonly include major credit and debit cards and selected regional gateways. Payment processing is handled by the provider or a secure third-party processor; InstantBookFlight does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

5. How are cancellations and refunds handled?

Cancellation, change, and refund rules are determined by the ticket-issuing provider according to the fare rules at purchase. Some fares are refundable, others are not. If you need help initiating a refund or a change, contact our support team with your booking reference and we will assist by forwarding requests to the issuing provider and sharing their response with you.

6. When will I receive my e-ticket?

After payment confirmation, the issuing provider typically emails the e-ticket or booking confirmation to the email address you provided. If you haven't received confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact support with your booking reference so we can investigate.

7. Do you charge booking fees?

InstantBookFlight aims to be transparent. We do not add hidden fees to the fares shown in search results. For certain partner bookings or payment methods a small service fee may apply; any such fees are displayed before you confirm the booking.

8. Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and partner with reputable processors. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and shared with partners only when necessary to complete bookings or provide service.

9. What should I include when contacting support?

To help us act quickly include your booking reference (PNR), full passenger name(s) as on the booking, travel dates, flight numbers if available, and any supporting screenshots or emails. This speeds up triage and escalation with the issuing provider.

Yes — sign up for fare alerts to receive notifications when prices change for routes or dates you care about. Alerts can be tailored by route, date range, and price threshold so you only receive relevant updates.
